1. Promotion Description

The Backstage Biz promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Power88.FM (“Station”). This ongoing Promotion highlights local businesses by giving them the opportunity to be featured on-air during Shannon.Show, including a walk-through of their typical workday and the chance to co-host a broadcast.
Each week, one business will be selected as the “Backstage Biz Weekly Winner.”

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must own, manage, or directly represent a legitimate business located in the United States.

• Businesses of all industries and sizes are welcome, but must comply with FCC and Power88.FM content standards.

• Employees, on-air talent, and immediate family members of Power88.FM and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants can enter by:

• Messaging Power88.FM through the Power88.FM mobile app, OR

• Emailing onair@power88.fm with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Business name

  • Contact information

  • A brief description of your business and why you'd like to be featured

Entries are accepted on a rolling basis. Once submitted, entries remain in consideration for future weekly selections unless otherwise requested.

4. Selection & Participation

• One business will be selected each week as the Backstage Biz Weekly Winner.

• Selected winners will be contacted by a representative of Power88.FM to schedule their on-air segment.

• As part of the feature, the winner will be invited to:

  • Join Shannon live on-air or voice-tracked for a walk-through of their typical day

  • Promote their brand, product, or service to listeners

  • Optionally co-host an episode of Shannon.Show with Shannon, participating in fun, timely discussions under the direction of the host

Winners may be rescheduled or deferred at Power88.FM’s discretion.

5. Prize / Compensation

• There is no monetary prize or compensation associated with this Promotion.

• Winners receive significant promotional exposure, including:

  • A feature on Power88.FM’s broadcast and digital platforms

  • Branding and promotional value during on-air discussion

  • Opportunities to connect with new customers through storytelling and personality-driven interaction

• This opportunity is for promotional consideration only and carries no direct retail or cash value.

6. General Conditions

By entering and participating, all entrants agree to:

• Allow the Station to use their name, voice, image, business name, and likeness for promotional purposes, including on-air broadcasts, website, social media, and related materials

• Follow Power88.FM content and broadcast standards and direction from the show host(s) during live or recorded segments

• Refrain from promoting illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content in connection with the Promotion

Power88.FM reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet eligibility criteria or fail to comply with rules or scheduled appearance requirements.

7. Modification or Termination

Power88.FM reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, previously confirmed winners will be honored or rescheduled.
